Summer Camp at SCTA begins on June 12th and will run until August 4th. Our camp runs from 8am-3pm Monday through Friday. Our 8-week camp will include Art classes, Jazz, Hip-Hop, West African, Afrobeats, Musical Theatre, and more! Please see the schedule that encompasses the day to day for our students below.

Registration: There will be a 1-time registration fee of $50 due at sign-up. 

​

Tuition: Our weekly tuition amount is $150. Tuition for Summer Camp is due every Monday. 

​

One Day Drop-In Session: Students that would like to attend for 1 day will accrue a drop-in day rate of $50.

​

Incomplete Registration: If a parent begins the registration process and does not complete it by checking out with payment, the system is set up to drop the student from any selected camp sessions within 24 hours. Parents will then need to log into their portal again to re-register their student into a particular camp session. 

​

Lunch: Unfortunately, lunch will not be provided for our students so all attendees must pack a lunch along with a snack daily. SCTA will have snacks and bottled water available for purchase. 

​

Attire: Students will need to wear form-fitting clothing to camp daily. Leggings and shorts are permitted. Jeans and any other form of pant that restricts movement will not be permitted. All students enrolled in our camp will receive a SCTA T-shirt with their completed registration and enrollment. T-shirts will be distributed on the first day of camp.  Any additional T-shirts and merchandise can be purchased in- studio.

EDU Time: Every Monday & Wednesday we have allotted time for all enrolled students to refresh, review, or renew their minds during our educational time. During EDU, students will work on grade level appropriate material to further their growth & prepare them for the next school year. Our staff and volunteers are readily available to assist students with their needs.

Performance Opportunity: Students will have the opportunity to put their hard work on display for all of their family to see. We will display a 15-minute showcase in -studio on a bi-weekly basis so that parents can see what their child(ren) have been learning at SCTA.

Pick-Up: All students will need to be picked up on time. (3:00pm) SCTA will allow a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has been exceeded, a fee of $1 per minute will be charged to the parent account.
